Our five-step design/build process:

1. First we listen to the goals and needs of the client.
2. We examine the current structure and provide possible designs for the project. At this time we talk about budgets and how to meet the key goals of the project.
3. We coordinate with our specialty contractors. We then create a contract for the designed project. Upon approval we proceed to draw plans for construction.
4. We get the needed building permits. The building work can begin.
5. Once complete, we follow up with a maintenance and care plan for your project. We create a binder with all of the unique warranty and materials information.
